Kind tips:

The temperature of the perfect binding machine has not reached the set value, and the rubber wheel will not rotate. Turn on the power. If you do not use the binding machine for a long time after the glue melts, please turn off the power to avoid premature discoloration and aging of the glue and affecting the binding quality.

Things to note when operating a wireless glue binding machine

Fully automatic/manual-automatic/wireless binding machine operating instructions:

1. Manual operation

(1) Turn on the power switch of the perfect binding machine. The glue will melt for about 25 minutes. The LCD screen of the perfect binding machine will prompt you to press the "start button to reset". After the reset is completed, the LCD screen of the perfect binding machine will prompt you to put in the inner pages for work.

(2) Adjust the width of the perfect binding machine clamp according to the thickness of the book and cover.

①Glue amount: Adjust the amount of glue below 2 cm to the central gap, and adjust it to the maximum if it is above 2 cm, and then make slight adjustments depending on the situation.

②Clamp time:

Below 1 cm: 4 seconds;

Below 2 cm: 6 seconds

Below 3 cm: 8 seconds

More than 3 cm: 10 seconds

Generally, the clamping station stays on the right side for 2-3 seconds longer than the clamp pressure time.

③Clamp pressure: Please adjust according to the thickness of the cover and the back of the book without wrinkles.

(3) Select manual/automatic working mode in the menu key. When you first try out a perfect binding machine, it is best to choose manual mode.

(4) Place the book to be bound into the book making table, place it on the left side, and press: Clamp key to clamp the book.

(5) Press the start button, the base will move to the right and stop at the right end.

(6) Place the cover on the base of the clip, adjust the center line, and move the center adjustment ruler to align it. At this time, the action button light will light up again.

(7) Press the automatic key again, and the clamping table will return to the right. At this time, the clamping table will rise. When the clamping time is up, the clamping table will drop.

(8) At this time, the book making is completed, the splint will automatically relax, and the book will be pulled out to the left.

(9) After the book is pulled out, the clamping table rises and returns to its original position.

2. Automatic glue binding:

When using automatic, the first copy must be made in manual mode, and the thickness and center of the cover must be adjusted before automatic copy making can be used.

(1) Turn on the power switch and let the glue melt for about 20-30 minutes. The LCD will prompt you to press the "start button to reset". After the reset is completed, the LCD will prompt you to put in the inner pages for work.

(2) Adjust the width of the clamping table according to the thickness of the book and cover.

(3) Select Hand/Auto on.

(4) Put the book you want to make into the book making table and put it on the left side. At this time, you only have 2 seconds (the number of seconds can be selected) to arrange the book. When the time is up, it will be automatically clamped.

(5) After clamping the table, it will automatically move to the left and stop on the left side.

(6) Place the cover on the platform base. At this time, you only have about two seconds to place it neatly. When the time is up, the printing table will automatically move to the right.

(7) Stop the platform on the right side. The platform rises and the clamps are tightened. When the time is up, the platform descends.

(8) At this time, the copy making is completed, and the setting table automatically relaxes, and the copy making can be taken out at this time.

(9) After the book is pulled out, the platform rises and returns to the starting point.

Safety warning for binding machine

(1) Please be sure to use a socket with a zero connection, and the chassis of the glue binding machine must be well grounded. (There is an independent ground wire on the back of the machine body)

(2) Avoid two people operating the binding machine at the same time. It is strictly forbidden to mix the steps.

(3) The milling cutter of the glue binding machine is dangerous and should not be touched.

(4) The glue tank of the glue binding machine is at high temperature (150 degrees Celsius). Never touch.

(5) To avoid electric shock during maintenance, please unplug first.

Glue binding machine glue quantity replenishment

(1) When the hot melt level reaches the red line below the indicator board, glue must be added.

(2) When replenishing, put the glue directly into the glue tank. Do not add too much glue at one time. Replenish it after it is melted to see if it is insufficient.

(3) The amount of glue should not exceed the red line above to avoid overflowing out of the glue tank and causing damage to the machine parts.

How to use the glue binding machine

1. The red light is on;

2. Open the paper clamp of the perfect binding machine;

3. Place the organized text vertically and clamp it;

4. Mediate pressure (according to standards);

5. Glue adjustment amount;

6. When the paper clamp stops on the left side of the machine, place the cover on the flatbed, aligning the center seam with the indicator on the flatbed;

7. Press the start button again and wait until the text is clamped, then loosen the paper clamp to take out the text;

8. The amount of hot melt glue cannot exceed the lower limit, otherwise glue overflow will occur;

9. When the glue binding machine is not in use, please keep it cool. Just start it when you use it again.
